Our Story
Suite Boutique Hotel with CharacterOur hotel is set in a historic Viennese building in the embassy district by Stadtpark. High ceilings, original wooden windows and proportions that belong to old Vienna. We refused to divide it into small, standard rooms. Every room became a suite; space became a promise. Vienna gives you a lot to experience. HiLight Suites Hotel gives you the space to live it!

Each room isa 35–50 m² suite
Room for coffee in the morning, a video call at a proper desk, friends invited over, a private workshop or simply a quiet moment after a day spent exploring the city.
A private city residence, a Viennese apartment with separate sleeping- and living areas in a historic building - that’s the feeling you’ll experience here. Each suite is individually designed, with it`s own layout, expressive details and original contemporary art. Enough space for what matters most. Peace and freedom to breathe deeply.
When can I check in?
Check-in is available starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the front desk.
What time is the latest check-out?
On the day of departure, your suite will be available until 12:00 p.m. Late check-out is possible, subject to availability, for an additional fee.
When is breakfast served?
The breakfast buffet is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Upon request, a Viennese breakfast can also be served directly in your suite.
Is there parking available at the hotel?
Yes, you can reserve a parking space in the underground garage at the time of booking for a fee.
Is there a fitness and wellness area?
Yes, the hotel has a fitness center with Technogym equipment, as well as a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, and an adjoining relaxation area.
Are pets allowed at the hotel?
No, out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed at the HiLight Suites Hotel.

Ein Suite Boutique Hotel ist ein boutique Hotel bei dem die Unterkünfte überwiegend aus Suiten statt klassischen 20m2 Hotelzimmern bestehen. Suite steht für mehr Platz, mit getrenntem Wohn- und Schlafbereich. Boutique Hotel steht für ein individuelles Haus mit persönlicher Atmosphäre, eigenständigem Design und weniger standartisiertem Auftritt als bei großen Hotelketten.
