What you should know about your booking

If you arrive earlier and your suite is not ready yet for check-in, you are welcome to leave your suitcases with us at the reception.

You are welcome to extend your departure time for a small fee, subject to availability:

2:00 pm – EUR 20,-
3:00 pm – EUR 30,-
4:00 pm – EUR 40,-

Later departures will be charged at the current daily rate. Of course you can deposit your luggage at the reception after your check-out.

As a rule, we only need the credit card details as a guarantee, the credit card will be charged at arrival. However, if you have booked a non-refundable rate, the total amount will be deducted from your credit card.

Cancellation of your booking is possible free of charge 24 hours before arrival. We ask you, however, to inform us about any booking changes within the cancellation period. In case of no-show or late cancellation, we have to charge 100% of the first night. Long-term bookings are subject to special cancellation conditions.

Group booking from 5 suites:

4 weeks before arrival 100% of the booked services can be canceled free of charge. Thereafter, 50% of the total gross amount of the ordered services will be charged. From 2 weeks before arrival, 100% of the total gross amount of the ordered services will be charged. No-shows or reduced length of stay will be charged at 100%.

Note, that the short-term parking zone in 1030 Vienna is from 09:00 to 22:00. If you travel by car, we recommend you to book a garage space in our underground car park for EUR 34, - / day. If it only takes a few hours, you can buy parking tickets at the reception. We ask for your understanding, that we can not change parking tickets and can not take any responsibility for changing them.

Some suites offer comfortable, fold-out couches. On request we can provide you extra beds. Please let us know the number of guests and the age of the children, so that we can reserve the perfect suite for you.

If you have booked without breakfast, we can offer you different kinds of breakfast direct on-site:

Rich buffet breakfast – EUR 24,-

06-12 years EUR 14,-/day

HiLight Suites is a non-smoking hotel. Should anyone smoke in the hotel (incl. E-cigarettes), we  charge extra cleaning costs in the amount of EUR 250,-. We hope you will respect the other people who have severe smoke allergies. Thank you for your cooperation. In case of a fire alarm caused by a guest, we charge EUR 350,- to the guest bill.
